You can return online-purchased products either by using PostNord's or DPD's courier service (for which we charge a small fee to cover the return costs), or by visiting our store in Kämp Galleria.

Ordered products are delivered either by pickup at our store or as a shipment using PostNord's or DPD's courier service.

We always strive to ship your online store order on the next business day at the latest.

Shipments are usually delivered within 3-5 business days in Finland, 4-6 business days in the Nordics, and 4-8 business days for the rest of Europe (please refer to our shipping policy for the list of countries we ship to).
