Online purchases

General Conditions

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product for 14 days from the day of receipt of your purchase.

All products you return or exchange must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. We recommend that you keep the receipt.

Note that made-to-measure products or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are not obliged to accept the return in case the exchange and return-period has expired, or if product is not in its original condition.

 

Instructions for Exchanges and Returns

The processing time for exchanges and returns is around 10 business days. Exchanges and returns are easily handled either by using PostNord's/DPD's courier service, or by dropping by our store.

Exchange or return using PostNord/DPD courier service (Finland: €8, International: €14):

  • Fold the products and place them in the original packaging as they were upon receipt.
  • Attach the return address label on the outside of the parcel on top of the delivery address label and ensure that the bar code is easily scannable on a flat surface. The return address label is included with the original parcel.
  • Nordics: You can return the parcel to any PostNord drop-off point. Find your closest return drop off point on PostNord's website.
  • Other countries: You can return the parcel to any DPD drop-off point. Find your closest return drop off point on DPD's website.
  • We charge €8 for returns within Finland and €14 for international returns. This is to cover the costs of the return. This charge is deducted by us when issuing your refund.

Other countries: Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Spain.

 

In-store exchange or return:

You can always drop by our Kämp Galleria store during opening hours to have your purchase exchanged or returned. Our opening hours can be found at the bottom of this page.

 

Refunds

A refund will be issued through our payment service provider Viva Payments once we have processed your return. The refund will be issued to the same payment method as used when making the original purchase.

In case you have used PostNord's or DPD's courier service to return your product, a deduction to cover the costs of the return (see the section above) will be made to the refund to cover the cost of the service. The original shipping costs are not refunded.

In case you have not received your refund within 2 weeks of your return, please email us on info@schoffa.com or message us on WhatsApp +358 45 1139870. Please attach a copy of your return receipt to the message.

 

In-store Purchases

We carefully curate the clothes and items in our collections - so we hope our customers also buy with care. Hence we do not offer refunds on items bought in-store.

Should you nevertheless not be fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for another item within 14 days from the date of purchase (made-to-measure products and gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded). Exchanges should be in fully resalable condition: clean, undamaged or wrinkled, and odorless. The price tag should be attached.
