You can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Notify us of the withdrawal by filling in the form above or informally by email (contact details at the bottom of the page). It is enough that you send the notification before the period ends.
There is no right of withdrawal for made-to-measure products or products made according to the customer's wishes.
The 14-day period begins when you have received the product. If the products in the order are delivered separately, the period begins from receipt of the last product.
We will refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs, at the latest within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. We may, however, wait until we have received the product back or you demonstrate that you have sent it. You are responsible for the return costs. You can also bring your purchase to our store in Kämp Galleria during opening hours.
You are also responsible for any diminished value of the product if you have handled it more than is necessary to establish its characteristics.
