How we create your perfectly tailored garment

1. Fabric Selection

Commissioning a bespoke blazer starts with the first fitting in our Kämp Galleria store in Helsinki. This is when the fabric for the bespoke blazer is chosen from a wide range of options. Our selection includes some of the world's best dress fabric manufacturers, including Loro Piana, Dormeuil, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Solbiati, Drago, Dugdale Bros and Reda.

At this stage it is a good idea to discuss the purpose of the made-to-measure blazer and any preferences you may have for fit. This will help the tailor to guide the choice of fabric for the bespoke blazer in the right direction.

2. The Details

Once the fabric itself has been chosen, the lining fabric of the bespoke blazer is decided, as well as the colour of the buttons and the initials. The next step is to move on to more visible details such as the collar turn, the number of buttons and the design of the pockets.

3. Measurements & Fit

After a suitable fitting jacket is found it's time to build your own unique pattern through various modifications and small corrections to the fitting jacket .

Once the measurements have been taken, the custom-made blazer is tailered and the impatient wait of about 8-10 weeks begins.

4. Second Fitting & Delivery

When the custom-made blazer arrives at our shop, we make an appointment with the customer for another fitting. At the second fitting we go over the details and the pattern and make the necessary minor corrections which we save in the customer's profile for future orders.

After about a week, the bespoke blazer will be ready and handed over to the customer.
