The first step of making a made-to-measure shirt is the most fun, but also the most challenging! That is choosing a fabric for your shirt from around 300 alternatives. We work closely with the best fabric mills in the world and offer a wide variety of formal, business and casual shirt fabrics.

This is the time to discuss the intended wear of the shirt, along with your preferences regarding fit and material. This will help our made-to-measure expert to give you the right recommendations in terms of fabric and style. After the fabric has been chosen it is time to choose the style of the collar and cuffs along with button colour. Next in line is the style of the front placket, pocket or not, and initials. Now, our made-to-measure expert will choose a try on-shirt and, through alterations and changes, create a unique pattern made entirely for you.

After the measurements have been taken, the manufacturing of the shirt along with the 6 week wait begin.

When the made-to-measure shirt arrives we’ll invite the client over for a second fitting. During the fitting, we will go through the measurements (whilst bearing in the mind the typical one or two percent extra we leave for normal shrinkage). The client gets the shirt to take with him and measurements are stored in his profile for next time.
