We use fabrics from some of the world's finest Italian and English weavers, including the luxurious Loro Piana, the elegant Vitale Barberis Canonico, founded in 1663, and the playful but modern Drago. We favour natural fibres, including 100% wool, linen, cotton and various wool and silk blends.

Buttons & Other Details

Embroidered initials in several colour options. Possibility to choose buttons and other visible details - e.g. corozo and horn buttons in different colours. Turn-up, rivets, side staples, ticket pocket, opening cuffs, half-lining...

Care instructions

The treatment for our made-to-measure suits is dry-cleaning by a suit specialist and steaming on low heat. For more information on maintenance, please refer to the care label of the suit.

How we create your perfectly tailored garment

1. Fabric Selection

Getting a made-to-measure suit starts with the first fitting in our Kämp Gallery store in Helsinki. At this point, the fabric for the made-to-measure suit is chosen from a wide range of options. Our selection includes some of the world's best suit fabric manufacturers, including Loro Piana, Dormeuil, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Solbiati, Drago, Dugdale Bros and Reda.

At this stage it is a good idea to discuss the purpose of the bespoke suit and any preferences you may have for fit. This will help guide the tailor in the right direction when choosing the fabric for the bespoke suit.

2. The Details

Once the fabric has been selected, the lining fabric of the tailor-made suit is decided, as well as the colour of the buttons and the initials.

The next step is to move on to more visible details such as the collar turn, the number of buttons, the design of the pockets and the style of the trousers.

3. Measurements & Fit

Then the most suitable fitting suit is chosen and used to build the customer's own unique pattern through various alterations and small corrections.

Once the measurements are taken, the custom-made suit is made and the impatient wait of about 8-10 weeks (about 3-4 weeks with Priority Lane) begins.

4. Second Fitting & Delivery

Once the made-to-measure suit arrives at our shop, we will make an appointment with the customer for a second fitting. At the second fitting, we go over the details and the pattern and make any necessary minor adjustments, which we save in the customer's profile for future orders.

After about a week, the made-to-measure suit will be ready and handed over to the customer.
