Returns (webshop)

We at Schoffa understand that sometimes a product bought from the web is different from what you had expected; maybe the size is a bit off or maybe you just changed your mind and want something else. But don’t worry, you have 14 days to return the product(s), beginning from the date you received your product(s), or if you received your order in multiple shipments, when the last shipment you received has arrived. If you want to return your order, it is important that you notify us first by sending an email to no later than 14 days from receiving the shipment. Also remember to make sure that the product(s) you are returning reaches us no later than 14 days from notifying us about the return. Another important thing is that the product(s) you are returning need to be unused and in original condition. Make sure that you return all packaging and price tags & other tags. You can of course try the product on as you would in store. If the product has been used more than just to try it on or it has been washed it can unfortunately no longer be returned.

When returning a product you are responsible for the transport costs and for ensuring that the product reaches us in good condition, so remember to pack it well when you send it back to us.

Exchange (webshop & physical store)

If you are not for some reason happy with your Schoffa product, please always contact us at You have 20 calendar days to exchange an item from the day you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Returns (physical store)

All of our products have a 14 day full exchange policy starting from the day you bought the product. You can exchange the product you bought for another product or for a gift card. If you want to exchange a product please bring it to the Schoffa store you bought it from. For the exchange to be possible the product(s) you are returning need to be unused and in original condition and you need to present a receipt of the purchase. Also make sure that you return all packaging and price tags & other tags. You can of course try the product on as you would in store, but if the product has been used more than just to try it on, or it is a product that has been modified or made according to your measurements, or it has been washed it can unfortunately no longer be exchanged.


We always strive to send your webshop order at least during the next business day from the day you placed your order so that you get to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible. Usually you will get your order in 5 business days if you live in Europe and 10 business days if you live outside of Europe. We use PostNord as our primary delivery partner and at times we use the local Postal service Posti. Regardless of the logistics provider you will get a tracking code with which you can track your package. For the sake of convenience most Schoffa orders are delivered to a pick-up point near your home so that you can pick-up your order at a time that works best for you.

Schoffa is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children ‘s online activities and interests. Schoffa does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and Schoffa does not target its websites to children under 13.

Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit invoice or as may otherwise be instructed at the Web Shop. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorisation by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorisation. We co-operate with an authorized payment service provider (PSP), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA, MasterCard and Diners. All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.
